Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns of used or second-hand items.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 8 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund to your original payment method (within 5-7 days)
Store credit with a 10% bonus for your next purchase

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable (except in the case of a defect or error on our part).
